I wanted to take a moment to share a quick recap of my unforgettable experience at the 2024 PBS KVIE Art Auction! 🎨✨
This year marked my first time participating in the auction, and I’m thrilled to share that my painting Clear Waters was not only juried into the event but also won the Jurors Award in the Contemporary Division! 🏆 It was an incredible honor to see my work featured alongside so many talented artists.
The excitement reached new heights when Clear Waters sold for its full retail price, raising an impressive $2,400 for PBS! Knowing that my artwork could contribute to such a worthy cause filled me with pride and gratitude.
Watching the auction live on TV was an experience like no other. Hearing my painting discussed and witnessing the intense bidding war was an emotional rollercoaster. I never anticipated the thrill of seeing people so passionate about my work. It was both unexpected and humbling, and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of such an impactful event.
